Sheikh Mohammed Sulaiman Al Harthy is the Executive Vice President, Strategic Development at Oman Environmental Services Holding Company (be'ah). Under this role, he is responsible for setting out be'ah's strategic direction, enhancing corporate performance, maintaining and improving public relations, and developing a sustainable business model for different waste streams. be'ah adheres to a sustainable framework that is derived in principle from the concepts of waste management hierarchy and circular economy. He holds a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing and entrepreneurship, a master's degree in computer engineering, and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. Prior to joining be'ah, he held several leading roles at different organizations including Shell Oman Marketing and Omania E-Commerce.

Engr. Ahmed Hamed Al Subhi holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, two post-gradate diplomas in engineering and an honors degree in electrical power engineering. Al Subhi is widely recognized individual in the power generation and desalination industry and the banking and investment sector. He has been actively involved in developing and executing mega power and desalination projects in the region. He is chairman and member of the board of directors of many publicly listed companies on the Oman Securities Market. In addition, he is the managing director of an Omani platform looking after the entire ACWA Power Assets portfolio.
