Saad Bin Ali Al Kharji is the Chairman of Qatar Tourism. Prior to this, he served as director of the deputy prime minister's office and director of the office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs. He also served as the director of the office of the assistant secretary of state for international cooperation affairs. He graduated from Qatar University with a degree in business administration.

Sheikh. Ahmed Bin Khalid Al-Thani is the Assistant Governor of Financial Instruments and Payment Systems at Qatar Central Bank, supervising the financial markets instruments department, banking operations, and the accounts department, payment systems department, and the currency management department. He also serves as the acting assistant governor for market development and innovation, supervising the fintech and innovation departments, data management department, and the environmental, social, and governance department.

Khalid Mohamed Al-Kubaisi serves as the Acting CEO at malomatia, bringing extensive experience in IT industry and cybersecurity. Since joining malomatia in 2020, he has led the company's cybersecurity efforts, emphasizing the alignment of security with local business objectives for successful outcomes. His extensive leadership experience has earned malomatia's cybersecurity practice numerous accolades in the market, enabling the firm to take the lead in securing mission-critical projects for the Qatar 2022 World Cup and establishing malomatia's cybersecurity leadership across the region. Al-Kubaisi has previously worked with several entities in the IT and cybersecurity sectors across the country. He holds an executive MBA from HEC Paris, an MSc in computing from Qatar University, and a BEng in computer systems engineering from the University of Sheffield. He also possesses global certifications in project management and information security management.

Ahmad Mohamed Al Tayeb is currently working as Chief of Investments at Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company, where he manages a portfolio of USD35 billion. He started his career with the Qatari Special Forces - Ministry of Interior, in the Communications and Operations Department. After that he joined Ras Gas Company for six years, working on a number of its projects, then joined the Amiri Diwan to work on projects for two years. And before joining Qatari Diar he worked for two years in the Project Management Office of the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy. Prior to that he managed the family's business. He is also a chairman and member of several boards of directors of a group of companies inside and outside the country. He holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Colorado.

Khaled M Al-Suwaidi is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in various sectors. He currently serves as the Director of Projects at Katara Hospitality, where he leads significant initiatives in the hospitality industry. Prior to this, he held key roles, including stakeholder relations director for the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy in Qatar, where he contributed to the success of the 2022 World Cup. He also served as the deputy director of international cooperation at the Ministry of Finance, strategically positioning Qatar on the international stage and managing investments. His educational background includes a specialized master's degree from HEC Paris and a BSc in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University. Throughout his career, his commitment to fostering relationships and advancing economic development has made him a respected figure in various sectors, both locally and internationally.

After completing his university degree, David Cook began his insurance career as a marketing-underwriting trainee for AEtna Casualty & Surety. His career later excelled when he joined American International Group (AIG), where he was appointed to key executive positions in the US, East Asia, and MENA. He also spent six years with Allianz. Between Allianz and AIG, Cook spent six years in in the Gulf region working in both the UAE and KSA, which later led to his appointment as CEO of Sharq Insurance in 2021.

Ahmed AlMunayes is the Managing Director for Tap Payments Qatar. He leads the expansion of the company's presence in Qatar. He brings extensive expertise in forging strategic partnerships and leading teams to drive growth and foster innovation. With a career spanning over two decades in the finance industry, he has held senior positions in notable companies such as ITG, Petronet Smart Network, and Gulf Bank. Beyond his involvement in the fintech industry, he is also passionate about mentoring entrepreneurs, exploring different cultures through travel, and delving into languages and history.

Sami Zaitoon is a Managing Partner at Moore with 20 years of local and multinational experience as a dynamic strategy professional building on extensive experience in various fields. He has professional qualifications from CFC in Canada and Harvard Business School. Some of his principal areas of practice include business and strategy planning, business process modeling, and the development of effective business strategies.

Khalid Al Jassim joined Qetaifan Projects in 2020 under the business development team. He has worked on the development of Qetaifan Island North.

Sherif Hamouda is an Egyptian businessman with a bachelor’s degree in law. Hamouda founded his first company in 1994 and, with his partners, incorporated several companies spanning different industries that include and are not limited to general contracting, specialized contracting, real estate development and construction, F&B factories, and mega projects in green investment like medical waste, waste management, and waste heat recovery. Hamouda joined the Wafd Party as a member of the party’s supreme body. He later assumed the position of Secretary-General of the Conservative Party and ran for the House of Representatives elections in 2015 and 2020. Currently, Hamouda is the president of the General Assembly of Arabian Horses, a member of the African Agriculture Union, and a member of the Egyptian Agriculture Union.

Santiago Bañales has been Managing Director of Iberdrola Innovation Middle East since 2016. He has 25 years of energy industry experience fulfilling executive roles in R&D, engineering, product development, management consulting, M&A, and general management. Before his current role, Bañales was CEO of Ormazabal Current. He holds a master's of science in technology and policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a dual engineering degree from Ecole Centrale Paris and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He is a published author and has been involved in graduate and executive education for more than 15 years. He is also an INSEAD-certified international board director, having held executive and non-executive board directorships positions at several energy industry associations, start-ups, and universities.

Francisco Marmolejo is President of Higher Educationat Qatar Foundation. Previously, he worked at the World Bank as global higher education coordinator and as lead higher education specialist for India and South Asia. At the University of Arizona, he founded the Consortium for North American Higher Education Collaboration, and also served as assistant vice president. He has been an American Council on Education fellow at the University of Massachusetts, academic vice president of the University of the Americas in Mexico, and an international consultant at the OECD in Paris.
