"Boutiqaat started in 2015 with a unique concept that is not seen anywhere globally; we connect influencers and celebrities to their fan bases by sharing what they love, what they are wearing, what they are using, and so on."

What is the history and concept behind Boutiqaat?

Boutiqaat started in 2015 with a unique concept that is not seen anywhere globally; we connect influencers and celebrities to their fan bases by sharing what they love, what they are wearing, what they are using, and so on. We connect users to popular items so they can purchase it, and we deliver it to them. When Boutiqaat has a new brand available, we inform all influencers about this brand, and anyone who is interested in the items can share them in their own individual boutiques. Each influencer has their own boutique where they can add or remove items at their own discretion. They are not paid to promote anything, which is why many customers prefer to buy from Boutiqaat and why influencers enjoy promoting Boutiqaat. In 2015, we started with cosmetics and skincare perfumes before subsequently expanding into the lifestyle category, apparel, footwear, and accessories. Today, after eight years in business, we now deliver to all GCC countries and Iraq. We have around 1,100 different influencers from all over the world, including lifestyle influencers, actresses, singers, football players, and more. Boutiqaat has exclusive agreements with all types of influencers.

Looking at the future, how would you like to see Boutiqaat moving forward?

Because of the uniqueness of the concept, Boutiqaat can be applied to any market in the world. One of our long-term visions is to look and search for opportunities in other markets. In the short term, our strategy is to have a successful launch in Saudi Arabia to keep growing rapidly and to achieve all our strategic goals for Saudi in terms of having a solid customer relationship. We also plan to further expand our product offerings in KSA and better adapt to Saudi trends and dynamics. For the long term, we are looking at international expansion. The main part is that we believe in enhancing our long-term relationships with international core suppliers in order to better secure our growth. Saudi Arabia is the place to be right now, and this is the right time to be one of the major players in KSA. The market still has significant room to grow.
