Given the current transformation and evolving landscape in KSA, what opportunities and challenges does this present for players in your field?

In light of the remarkable economic growth brought about by Vision 2030, Saudi Arabia’s landscape has evolved significantly, offering a plethora of opportunities in our sector, especially within the realms of entertainment and exhibitions. Over the past four years, we’ve witnessed a surge in these areas in the wake of the pandemic. Consequently, we’ve had the privilege of hosting several world-class events for the very first time on Saudi soil. Our strategic thinking has been a driving force behind this evolution. We have shifted our focus towards creating entertainment-centered gatherings that prioritize safety and performance, all while staying true to our commitment to providing unforgettable experiences. Our approach emphasizes experiential activation, aiming to immerse audiences in captivating, interactive experiences that leave a lasting impact. While we have also explored innovative ways to enhance these experiences, our core priority remains the creation of strategically sound, immersive events that align seamlessly with Vision 2030’s objectives. Our ultimate aim is to captivate audiences, not just with technology, but through our unwavering commitment to strategic excellence and memorable experiential activation.

Can you provide an overview of Mave Agency’s services and its core mission?

At Mave Agency, our primary focus revolves around orchestrating meticulously crafted events and exhibitions. What sets us apart is our distinctive philosophy, which prioritizes experiential events while also focusing on conventional metrics like return on investment (ROI) or key performance indicators (KPIs). We embrace a 360-degree approach, meticulously engineering immersive encounters and interactive happenings that transcend the limits of our industry. Our expertise lies in the seamless fusion of interactive technologies and cutting-edge audiovisual elements, resulting in tailor-made, unparalleled shows.

How does Mave Agency incorporate cutting-edge technologies to create impactful experiences, and what advancements have you incorporated for your clients’ target audiences?

Our unwavering commitment to remaining at the forefront of technological innovation has driven a remarkable transformation in our conventional exhibition stands, turning them into technological marvels. We employ various cutting-edge technologies for each project to bring our clients’ visions to life. Our approach emphasizes the strategic integration of technology.

How is your client-portfolio currently structured, and where do you see an increasing demand coming from?

Our portfolio is diverse, encompassing both government and private-sector clients, each with their unique needs and requirements. Our process begins with a comprehensive understanding of a client’s strategy and vision, allowing us to craft tailored proposals for each one. The challenge lies in adapting to specific mindsets and requirements. We have had the privilege of collaborating with prestigious organizations, including the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of the Interior, National Cyber Security, and the Ministry of Energy, among other private-sector clients such as STC Group and Osool Real Estate Company. Some of our projects focus on public events and broader outreach efforts, while others involve internal campaigns for employee engagement, ensuring that we engage diverse audiences.

Is there a specific sector you are currently targeting to expand and consolidate your operations?

While our services encompass a wide range of sectors, our core strength lies in our adaptability across private, public, semi-government, and government initiatives. We excel in crafting and executing strategic campaigns that consistently yield a strong return on investment for our clients, making notable successes in boosting sales and traffic. For instance, our collaborative activations and strategic campaigns played a pivotal role in driving remarkable growth for our clients. Nonetheless, our core emphasis remains firmly on serving our clients in the realm of Event Management services. We believe in harnessing our expertise to assist these vital organizations in effectively achieving their goals and objectives.

Can you outline your short-term plans and priorities on your annual agenda? What would you like to achieve by the end of 2024?

In the long term, our vision is to establish ourselves as the go-to destination for integrated event solutions, creating a comprehensive event solution that encompasses all stages of planning and execution, offering clients a one-stop solution. This entails becoming the primary supplier for cutting-edge AV and interactive technologies, as well as production capabilities. Our focus for 2023 centers on building strategic partnerships and advancing our technological capabilities. Active engagement in research and development is a cornerstone of our strategy, aiming to combine technology methods that enhance entertainment events and exhibitions. Achieving this milestone remains a key objective for us this year, setting the stage for our ambitious plans by the end of 2024.
