General Director, Interteach
Bio
For more than 22 years, Interteach has contributed to the development of Kazakhstan, realizing major projects in health and medical insurance. Currently, Interteach is the leading provider of medical insurance and services in the country. We provide medical insurance and the organization of medical assistance, and serve over 500 corporate clients. Among them are government agencies and large foreign and national companies. Interteach is a major supplier of medical services to participants in the financial, oil and gas, construction, and tobacco sectors.
Interteach’s business philosophy is based on belief in the uniqueness of each client, and each part of this company constantly develops new programs taking into account varying preferences in medical care and insurance. All packages are regularly reviewed to meet the ever-increasing complexity and cost of treatment and improve the quality of service, so companies and individuals can always be assured of best advice. Interteach has integrated with the public healthcare service sector, without which it is impossible to provide specialized medical care to citizens in Kazakhstan, as well as expatriates. In terms of expatriates, the company provides the evacuation of patients in serious conditions, and works with Kazakhstani and international air carriers to repatriate patients to anywhere in the world. In addition to its own offices abroad, Interteach has strong relations with several European assistance companies. To maximize the quality of services, Interteach has developed a system of organization and control treatments. At its disposal is a network of 15 medical centers, over 200 additional clinics, 46 of its own ambulance crews, and more than 50 dental clinics dispatching services around the clock. The company provides health insurance services, arranges medical care, and serves over 500 corporate clients throughout Kazakhstan. Interteach has a reputation as a stable, reliable, and trustworthy partner among its customers.
Interteach is well aware of the pressing challenges of companies and is guided by the message of the President in it activities, in which he urges the large subsoil users to increase local content, striving to provide a high level of services to foreign and local companies involved in the commodities sector. Interteach organizes specialized medical care in remote areas, medical points at companies, evacuation and repatriation anywhere in the world, all in collaboration with international assistance groups.
The company is actively attending regions where major projects are implemented in the field of oil exploration, extraction, and processing, including in Atyrau, Kyzylorda, Aktobe, and Mangistau. Medical posts to serve working staff have been set up in Karabatan, Tengiz, and other offshore and onshore projects. We have medical services based in Almaty, Astana, Atyrau, Kulsary, Aktau, Aktobe, Aksai, Uralsk, Karaganda, Shymkent, and Kyzylorda. Representative offices operate in Tashkent, Bishkek, Ashkhabad, and Nebit Dagh. Interteach has partners in Moscow, Cologne, and Liberec in the Czech Republic. In all of these parts of the world customers can count on quality service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Kazakhstan attaches great importance to public health, and public health facilities are equipped with the latest equipment and technology, and continues to evolve. However, in private medicine, more developed investment policy is needed in terms of both manpower or medical personnel and equipment.
For the customer it is profitable to have a unified network of hospitals with common standards, with a unified system of quality control and an integrated council for insurance companies. Today, the objective is to create an integrated system of registration for medical care, which is only possible on the basis of the widespread use of modern information technologies in a single information space.
The implementation of such a system of health management requires partnerships with several participants. We would like to extend our services to our potential customers, perhaps in east Kazakhstan, to develop our regional network. We are currently working with a large assistance group in Russia, and we want to merge our efforts so that our customers can freely flow without restriction. We are active with our foreign partners.
