Our R&D Department has significant weight in the company to help achieve these goals, and the rest of the company takes its reports into consideration and works on them. Our HR Department conducts an annual employee evaluation based on certain KPIs. Our numerous incentives also help our workforce be more efficient. We also conduct regular maintenance on our machinery and equipment within the applicable time constraints.

Our goal is to grow as a whole, given that we are one structure.
