Duna Al Mashaan is an education leader focusing on fostering creativity in early childhood education and literacy development. In some of New York’s leading early childhood schools, she has held roles spanning from head teacher to involvement in curriculum development, admissions, teacher education, and parent education. As Education First co-founder, she advocated for in-person schooling during the pandemic and remains dedicated to championing children’s right to education. Presently, she serves as Executive Chair at ARGAN Bedaya, including its Early Childhood Center.

Our sports programs encompass volleyball, padel, football, tennis, basketball, and gymnastics, offering opportunities for physical development and skill enhancement. Additionally, we provide drama education, tutoring, culinary classes, and engaging activities such as chess, martial arts, and fencing. We offer access to full-sized indoor and six outdoor sports halls, including two football fields, available for rentals. These versatile facilities cater to a wide range of sports activities, providing ample space and resources for diverse sporting events and programs. Moreover, we host community events and conferences, fostering a sense of connection and collaboration within the community. What sets our center apart is our flexibility—we can readily expand our offerings or refine them to meet the evolving needs and interests of our clients. Beyond academic pursuits, we prioritize character development through emotional intelligence, public speaking, time management, and art therapy.
