Crowne Plaza Al Thuraya City Kuwait stands out for several key reasons. First and foremost, its exceptional commitment to guest satisfaction is a defining feature. Our dedicated staff go above and beyond to provide a personalized and memorable experience for every guest. The hotel has diverse culinary offerings, and our restaurants are renewed for their quality and innovation. We also have an extensive health and wellness facility, and our spa and aqua tonic facilities are one of the largest in the country. Along with our wonderful owners, we take great pride in our hotel. What truly distinguishes Crowne Plaza Kuwait is its unwavering dedication to providing a holistic and exceptional guest experience, making it a top choice amongst the competition.
One key challenge is the high turnover in the hotel industry. Our property is huge, and maintaining the facilities also entails a high cost. The pandemic enabled us to be better prepared with a property crisis management plan in place that also takes into account evolving technology and its integration, the changing behaviors of guests, and much more. We have a well-defined strategy that combines proactive management, continuous improvement, and a commitment to meeting and exceeding guests’ expectations. We also understand the importance of adapting to the changing landscape of the hospitality industry, whilst maintaining a strong focus on excellence.
Our hotel has energy-efficient lighting, HVAC systems, and appliances to reduce electricity consumption. We also use smart sensors to control lighting and temperature in unoccupied rooms. Our energy management systems monitor energy usage not only in guest rooms but in other areas as well to reduce waste. Part of our culture is to have sustainable meetings, where we touch base on topics like sustainable catering choices, paperless communication, and waste reductions in general. In addition to adhering to the environmental policies set by the country, the Crowne Plaza engages with the local community through supporting local charities and conservation efforts.
