Chairman, Al Sulaiti Law Firm
Mubarak Al Sulaiti founded Al Sulaiti Law Firm in 2002, which since then has become one of the most reputable law firms in Qatar. Al Sulaiti acquired a bachelor’s degree in law from Beirut Arab University in 1997 and is currently admitted to the Qatari Bar Association as a Cassation Advocate. In 2014, he became member of the board of the Qatari Bar Association. He has an extensive local and international network and is member of the Arab Lawyers Union, the International Bar Association, the Italian Business Center in Qatar, and RexSport Association. He was formerly a member of FIFA Players’ Status Committee.
Our 15th anniversary was indeed a special celebration, and the Minister of Justice inaugurated the event. The anniversary was held on the same day as the opening ceremony of our new offices in Doha Tower. Our relocation was a major accomplishment for the firm and has allowed us to open new doors to international and local opportunities, and we were crowned Qatar Law Firm of the Year 2018 at the LexisNexis Awards. We have always striven to be the best we can by providing top quality legal service through our professional qualified associates and consultants.
Our vision is to be a global firm with a regional outlook, which we make sure to implement in our daily practice. The firm participates in and sponsors several international conferences as a tool to broaden its international network, such as the International Bar Association (IBA) Annual Conference, which we joined in 2005. We have recently signed partnerships with law firms around the world, including in Italy, Turkey, and Kuwait, among others.
With more than 15 years of experience, we have fast become one of the most prominent and reputable firms in Qatar. We are one of the founding members of MENA City Lawyers, an organization that links five law firms in North Africa and the Gulf, and have highly qualified lawyers from Egypt, France, Italy, the UK, India, Lebanon, and more.
We provide services to link the gap between international and local legal systems at the local and regional level. This allows our clients to be more at ease to deal with lawyers by choosing to speak in the language they feel more comfortable discussing their case with. In addition to that, we have a professional training program for associates at all levels to allow them to constantly improve their social, negotiation, and communication skills.
