Can you provide an overview of Madayen’s trajectory in Kuwait?

Madayen, which I founded in 2012, initially began its operations in 2011, with official paperwork completed in 2012. Our focus was on private high-end residential houses, and over the years, Madayen has expanded its services to fill a gap in the market for high-end residential houses and villas. Our growth has led to the establishment of new divisions, spanning residential, commercial, and, most recently, showrooms, malls, and high-rise buildings. Currently, our team comprises over 60 employees.

What is the current breakdown of your business?

Over the years, Madayen has completed more than 50 projects encompassing a variety of types, including high-end villas, high-rise buildings, and showrooms. In 2022, one of our notable achievements was the completion of the Ali Alghanim & Sons BMW and Gelly showrooms project. Our portfolio showcases the diversity of our expertise and the quality of our workmanship. A key aspect of our approach is our collaborative relationships with external consultation firms. Over the past 12 years, we have nurtured strong partnerships with these firms, who play a crucial role in designing our projects. Clients entrust us with the execution of these designs, confident in our ability to deliver exceptional results using top-tier materials and adhering to high standards of craftsmanship.
