Introduction of concierge services for the first time in Kuwait was the brainchild of Najida, an initiative welcomed by Kuwait’s leading corporates including banks. Persistence and innovation were driving factors while working with global brands like Visa and Mastercard, where Najida took the business to new heights by reaching out to niche markets with bespoke solutions.

One of our most successful and gratifying moment to date was receiving a recognition letter for managing the Hospitality for HH, the late Emir Sheikh Sabah AlAhmad AlJaber Al-Sabah’s visit to India. ITL World was appointed as the sales agent in Kuwait for FIFA 2022. Securing the FIFA contract was a significant achievement for us. Interestingly, during the FIFA event, ITL World initiated a transformative approach by encouraging corporates to shift from traditional cash incentives to experiential rewards for their staff and vendors. By promoting travel experiences as rewards, we created memorable experiences that fostered greater engagement and appreciation among participants.
