Which are the most exclusive services to be offered at InterContinental Hotel?

We offer the best views over Luanda Bay, with exquisite services, as we strive to bring them all together in one place. A few features that truly set us apart are multilingual team members, well and regularly trained and groomed colleagues, the best food quality and service with an array of dining options, and the most modern and the largest conference facility in the city. We also offer the fastest Wi-Fi in the city, a modern spa, a fully equipped gym, again, with exquisite views over the Bay of Luanda, a large garden with a 550-m running track, and 44 suites ranging from junior to presidential, while being the only hotel in the city within a safe perimeter, to name just a few.

Angola has incredible potential to become one popular countries with international tourists on the African continent. In your view, what should be done differently for this potential to be fully exploited?

As the country continues to develop, we see the investment in basic infrastructure as the key to a sustainable development, ensuring that when people come to the country, they feel safe and secure to explore the enormous beauty of this hidden gem, Angola is. The country’s people and heritage, savannah, its beautiful coastline with white sandy beaches, and fantastic food are second to none in this part of Africa, and we believe that, with a long-term sound vision, the country is able to capitalize on making sure that Angola will stand out on the map for international tourist arrivals. We are here to support the establishment of this vision and to be an active part of moving Angola’s tourism sector forward.

What are your goals and expectations for 2022?

Our main goals for 2022 are to ensure that we’ll bring all our services online, as we become recognized as sub Saharan Africa’s top business hotel.
