How has Quantum Consulting Colombia grown and evolved over the years?

Quantum SFE has been in the market for 12 years and was established to bridge the gap between theory and practice, in order to offer innovative and practical solutions to its customers. The company aims to contribute to the growth, effectiveness, and productivity of its clients by enhancing the commercial performance of financial institutions. This is how a group of former bank executives founded Quantum Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) to improve commercial forces by focusing on combining highly experienced talent with junior talent to foster innovation and increase process efficiency. Our objective is to provide viable solutions that can be implemented easily, resulting in concrete achievements, which help financial institutions accelerate the process of achieving and exceeding their goals.

What types of clients does Quantum Consulting Colombia typically work with, and how do you tailor your services to meet their needs?

Our clients are entities overseen by superintendents, such as banks, trustees, financing companies, insurers, and pension funds. This diverse mix of clients necessitates bringing in talent from those sectors to accelerate the execution of results. We are a merger between a consultancy firm and a business training firm. In our consultancy practice, we solve complex problems by designing and constructing strategies and tactics with a human and digital approach, allowing organizations to achieve their goals. In our training practice, we implement the strategies we design by strengthening business skills and generating results. Additionally, we teach various topics such as change management, coaching, mentoring, and teaching. We always adapt our value proposition to our customers, starting with their challenges and working backward to identify the underlying causes and potential areas for impact. We base our approach on an equation of effectiveness and productivity that helps us identify the root causes of challenges and design solutions. This equation considers a well-defined strategy, an assessment of the organization’s current state, its business processes, its people and talents, its channels, and its technological capabilities to deliver results.
