"2022 proved to be a remarkable one for us, as MSN witnessed substantial growth across the entire Latin America region."
How has MSN Group been evolving over the past year?

2022 proved to be a remarkable one for us, as MSN witnessed substantial growth across the entire Latin America region. Despite the impact of local currency fluctuations, our efforts to consolidate and expand yielded excellent double-digit growth rates, surpassing industry averages in most countries. Particularly noteworthy was our significant growth in Colombia, while countries such as Chile and Peru also experienced notable expansion. Our focus now shifts to consolidating our presence in Central America, Ecuador, and the Caribbean, where we have also observed growth. As a company, we have made significant strides in the Latin America region and are gearing up for a promising 2023. With three months behind us, we are moving with increased momentum. Our plans include expanding further in existing markets and entering new ones, with MSN direct operations set to launch in multiple countries and MSN subsidiaries to be established in Ecuador, Panama, and the Dominican Republic. This expansion will result in the creation of approximately 10 new companies in the Latin America region, in addition to our existing seven, as we continue to seek avenues for growth and expansion. Our ultimate focus is to establish ourselves as one of the strongest and most promising companies in Brazil and Mexico. We are actively working toward setting up local structures in these regions. In Colombia, where we already hold a leadership position among Indian companies, our aim is to grow faster and become one of the top players in the market.

What is the company’s approach to innovation, and how does it stay ahead of the competition?

We are a vertically integrated company focused on developing innovative products. Over the next 24 months, we have lined up 20-25 new products, including FirstGen products, which will increase access to medicines and reduce costs. Our company is making significant investments in future launches, including API and formulations, and aggressively promoting the development of new molecules and generic products. We also have plans to introduce complex molecules in the near future. MSN is committed to providing newer alternatives that countries and patients will appreciate.
