What services do you provide currently, and what are your most important projects?

At present, GBS carries out work in the application of electrical equipment manufactured by leading companies in the field of electrical technology, as well as for integration into the world market. With rich experience and well-earned authority, GBS successfully implements large projects both in Azerbaijan and abroad. In which areas do you find the most demand for GBS’s services?

The production and test facilities were created according to IEC and GOST standards for the purpose of manufacturing switchgear equipment. The use of modern equipment and high technology with software support allows for a faster execution phase and better results. The design and technical specifications of 6-35kV high-voltage switchgear equipment and other 0.4kV switchgear equipment were developed according to GOST and international standards. The successful activity of GBS also includes the metalworking and the production of cable ducts. For this purpose, test zones were created in accordance with IEC and GOST standards, as well as the supporting equipment and software for carrying out hi-tech operations.

How was GBS’s relationship with Siemens established and how important is it currently?

In 2008, GBS purchased a license from Siemens AG Company for manufacturing of electrical distribution panels Siemens Sivacon 8PT. Manufacture of electrical panels 8PT was initiated at the plant subject to all the conditions of the license. The above-mentioned electrical panels are notable not only for the famous trademark, but also for their high quality. In addition, having concluded a contract for the manufacturing of high-voltage panels, GBS purchased a license for the manufacturing of these panels. At present, the manufacturing of SM6 panels has already been successfully launched. Sivacon 8PT, which are panels notable for their versatility and reliability and manufactured in accordance with SIEMENS’s specifications, meet the requirements of the world market in the field of electrical power distribution. This product is not only a solution for numerous problems in electrical power distribution in buildings and industrial facilities, but are also excellent value for money. Sivacon 8PT panels are assembled depending on the number of sections, size, and layout of electrical devices used in the manufacturing process and on the main circuit current. Customers will enjoy not only the excellent design, but also the long-term operation and reliable control.

How would you assess competition at the moment, and to what extent do you expect that to increase?

With the view to rendering services at the highest level, there is the sales department operating in GBS.
